General Info
- Start times are typically before 9 am and after 2-3pm
- Packing and unpacking services not offered.
- no small plants, animals, liquids, or unboxed items.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packed and ready before arrival and for notifying us of stairs, narrow spaces, or heavy items in advance
- We are not liable for damage to items that are not properly packed or prepared before arrival
Additional Charges
- TV Boxes: $15 each
- Cancellation Fee: 1-hour charge if -canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time
Preparing for your move.
- Empty all dressers, shelves, and furniture before arrival
- Please reserve your loading dock and elevator when possible or scout an ideal parking location
- Any unsecured shelving will be removed
- All TVs and Monitors are inspected for condition, please do not wrap before arrival
- Keep a wide walkway clear to the entrance and ensure entry doors can open fully
